In recent years, many people have started realizing that obesity, weakened immune systems, psychological disorders, and other symptoms are mainly contributed by the unbalanced diets of our daily living. We love to eat the foods saturated with low-quality fats because they taste better on our palettes. We seek for spicy and strongly seasoned foods because we devour the sensationally-awakening experience when they come in contact with our mouths.
